Sign into your rediffmail account.

Select 'Settings' (near the top right corner of your rediffMail screen) 
 

Setting screen will appear with General tab selected
select  Signature.
 

Type the signature line you want,

and check the option of adding the signature to all outgoing emails.

Click 'Save Changes'.
